Hands-on Learning Experience
Each summer, URBN welcomes creatives from across the country to immerse themselves within teams across our portfolio of brands and gain paid, hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. For 10 weeks, interns will share in the unique culture & perks found at our Home Office in the historic Philadelphia Navy Yard, while developing the skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

- If there is a project component required for the design internship position you are applying for, you will be notified directly by 11/8.
Video Interview
The Video Interview portion of the application is a self-record video interview platform that the company uses to screen out candidates and get to know you better. Think of this as a way for URBN to see who you are outside of your resume!
