Through Student Council, Hope students are building confidence, learning to advocate for their peers, and shaping the school community around them. Hope students are starting the new school year by giving back. In partnership with Need in Deed, 9/11 Day, AmeriCorps, and Partners for Campus-Community Engagement, students joined a National Day of Service honoring the families and victims of September 11th. Seven amazing WSFS volunteers spent the day supporting projects across the school and education center. From creating teacher appreciation gift bags, assembling chairs for the Graduate Support space, and labeling new library books, to reading with 5th and 6th graders, answering their questions about careers in banking, and even hanging student artwork, their service brought so much energy and joy to the community.

The Excellence of Hope is the 19th Annual Friendraiser. The event recognized Marjie Quint and Nancy Tabas for their enduring commitment to the arts at Hope and the countless students they’ve inspired through creativity and care.
