Return Policy
Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund. However, there are exceptions to this policy:
- Textbooks, technology (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products.
- All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.
- Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order.
- Defective or incorrectly shipped product may be returned during this same time period.
- All sales are final on discounted and sale merchandise.
- Exceptions: Unopened Technology/Consumer Electronics may be returned within 10 days. Opened electronics/technology are nonrefundable. Special order items (those not regularly stocked) are nonrefundable. If defective, these products may be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase.
- ANY approved refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
