As the centerpiece of a 10-year, $1 billion expansion of the casino resort, a new arena is planned with a capacity of at least 10,000, will become the exclusive home of the men's basketball team.
Originally scheduled for completion in 2026, the opening of the Grand Sierra Resort Arena is now set for 2027. This state-of-the-art facility promises to provide an unparalleled game-day experience for players and fans alike, ushering in a new era of Wolf Pack basketball. Lawlor Events Center will remain home to Wolf Pack women's basketball.
