For those looking to enter or advance their HR careers, UMass Global offers online bachelor's and master's degrees in human resources. To foster employee engagement, Human Resources held the first Employee Engagement event of 2024 on Wednesday, January 24th for new faculty and staff who started working with the University during the past year.
E-Perform: Streamlining Performance Management
UMass utilizes E-Perform, a performance management tool that automates performance reviews and ensures alignment between managers and employees on goals. This system promotes open communication and tracks progress throughout the year. Managers can conduct 6-month check-ins with their employees, and performance reviews are stored electronically for easy reference. Employees and managers can access E-Perform through the HR Systems page.
