Getting Your Maryland Terrapins Football Tickets and Game Day Experience
The Maryland Terrapins football team, representing the University of Maryland, competes in the Big Ten Conference, offering fans exciting college football action. Since joining the Big Ten in 2014, the Terrapins have been working hard to make their mark in this competitive conference. Attending a game at Maryland Stadium can be a thrilling experience, but it requires some planning. This article provides information on how to get tickets, parking, transportation, and other essential details for a successful game day.
Securing Your Spot: Purchasing Maryland Football Tickets
To experience the excitement of a Terrapins football game, securing tickets is the first step. You can purchase Maryland football tickets from various sources, including Vivid Seats. Check the schedule for announced 2025 Maryland Terrapins Football dates and find the matchup you'd like to attend.
Navigating Game Day: Parking and Transportation
The University of Maryland provides various parking and transportation options for football game days. It is strongly recommended that you purchase your permits in advance of game day. Online prepay permits range from $27 to $47, depending on the game tier.
Parking Options
- Single Game Permits: Single game permits purchased in advance of the game are $27-$47, depending on the game tier. Parking options available for pre-paid permits are viewable on our football parking map.
- Game Day Purchases: Fans who arrive on campus on game day without a parking permit will only be able to purchase parking at street-side meters or in lots while space is available for $32-$52, depending on the game tier. Both of these parking options are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Season Ticket Holders: Season ticket holders receive game day parking permits through the athletics ticket office. Additional parking permits may be purchased through DOTS.
- Terrapin Club Scholarship Fund Parking: Terrapin Club members receive game day parking permits through the athletics ticket office.
- ADA Parking: You may purchase an online permit for any football lot and display both your online pre-paid permit and your disability license plate or placard to park in SDG. ADA parking in SDG is also available on a first-come-first-serve basis on game days without a permit purchased online in advance, but additional fees may apply to parking sold on-site as opposed to purchased in advance. Vehicles MUST have a disabled license plate or placard to enter an ADA accessible parking area.
Alternative RV/Bus Parking Options
Parking on campus for buses and RVs on Football game days is no longer available. Some guests may find it necessary or simply more convenient to park off campus. Cherry Hill Park is located just 10 minutes from campus. Cherry Hill Park is unaffiliated with the University of Maryland. Reservations for Cherry Hill Park must be made online.
