New Users
A new user is someone who has never logged into or accessed the La Verne Portal. There are rare cases where someone is a current student and has never logged into the La Verne Portal. If so, please click the ‘First time user’ link. The next step will be to reset your password.
Current Users
A current user is someone who has successfully accessed the La Verne Portal. This does not mean you have to be a current student.
Resetting Your Password
For current users who have forgotten their password, the La Verne Portal login page contains a ‘Forgot Password‘ link. Detailed instructions are located on the left menu. To reset your password:

- Log into your La Verne Portal account.
- When you reach the Home page click ‘My Account’ located on the top right corner.
- On the left side Menu Bar click ‘Reset Password’.
Make sure you follow the password guidelines in order to correctly set your password click OK. You will now be able to gain access to the La Verne Portal.

Managing Personal Information
Within the LaVerne Portal, students can update their current address and telephone number.
Course Management
The portal enables students to add and drop classes, view their schedule, access the course catalog and search for classes.
Academic Records
Students can view their unofficial transcripts through the portal. It is strongly recommended that you review all information on your unofficial transcript prior to ordering an official transcript. Official transcripts print information “as-is” at the time your order is placed. To print or save unofficial: Click the Print option on the right above the Unofficial Transcript. Depending on your computer, you may be able to go to the Print Preview of the page and save as a PDF.

Financial Aid
LaVerne Portal will allow you to view and accept your financial aid award, set up payment arrangements.
Requesting an Incomplete Grade
To request an INC grade, begin by communicating with your professor and explaining the special circumstances that have led to your request for an INC grade. Under the Registrar list, click on Request Incomplete Grade. Request instructor approval. Click here to begin.
