The UCLA-NUS Executive MBA: A Global Perspective on Leadership and Management

The UCLA-NUS Executive MBA is a double degree program that brings together the resources of two of the world's great universities to provide senior executives with a truly global perspective on leadership and management with immersion in both Asian and North American Perspectives. Jointly developed by UCLA Anderson School of Management and NUS Business School, the UCLA-NUS Executive MBA provides a comprehensive perspective on international business. This truly international program was designed by two top schools - UCLA Anderson and NUS Business School - to turn promising managers into global business leaders.

Program Overview

The UCLA-NUS Executive MBA is an exceptional program, providing extensive knowledge and experiences in a number of disciplines critical to business and management success. It is a 15-month program designed to provide you with choice when it comes to how long you spend in each country and how you fulfill your elective requirements. The program has a good mix of theory and experiential learning. The class discussions were intellectually stimulating. The diversity of the class was certainly a plus, with no lack of creative thinking and differing perspectives. The structure of the programme allowed the class to benefit from the networks of both institutions - UCLA to the West Coast technology scene, and NUS to the Asia-Pacific region. The global curriculum and study locations reinforced these with real-life and academic knowledge.

The program is designed with the busy executive in mind, providing an optimal learning platform with minimal disruptions to career responsibilities. The modules are taught in 2-week study segments every 3 months over 15 months, conducted in 6 vibrant cities Singapore, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Bangalore and New Delhi. Your classmates, who represent a wide range of industries and functional roles, will convene every three months in locations such as Singapore, Los Angeles, China and India for an immersive educational experience that is truly global in scale.

Admission Requirements

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from at least a four-year (full-time) program in a regionally accredited institution, and a scholastic average of B or above in undergraduate coursework and any post-baccalaureate study. Three-year bachelor degrees from Singapore or UK are also acceptable. Every year, we accept applications on a rolling admissions basis from August to May, exclusively for fall entrance.
