For courses not included in the menu, registration must be requested at least five weeks before the semester begins.

Requirements

Recent high school graduates who have been offered admission to Temple have no additional requirements.
Current high school students must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (B average).
High school record should show As in the subject planned to be taken at the college level.
Standardized test scores (PSAT, ACT, etc.) should reflect readiness for college-level work.

High school students and recent high school graduates taking courses at Temple pay a reduced rate of $325 per credit. Most courses at Temple are three credits.

Graduate Coursework Limitations

A student may take a maximum of nine credits at the graduate level prior to applying to a Temple graduate program.
All graduate departments require nondegree students to obtain permission from the department prior to registering for courses.

Information for Visiting Students

Students currently enrolled in a degree program at another college or university who would like to take courses to transfer back to their home institution are considered Visiting Students. It is the student's responsibility to obtain permission from their home school to ensure that the Temple courses taken will count toward their degree.
