Capital Renewal and Deferred Maintenance Projects
The University of South Florida is actively investing in capital renewal and deferred maintenance projects to improve its facilities. These projects address building systems at the end of their life cycle and address the top 87 projects on USFâs capital renewal/deferred maintenance list. These were delayed until funds were available to complete them. These projects meet both Federal and State guidelines and impact colleges across all campuses and facilities.
