Overview of the Summer Internship Program
The Estée Lauder Companies provides a multitude of internship opportunities for students at various levels of their education. These internships offer participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions. The Lauder Summer Internship Program is available to undergraduate students. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to apply for openings in corporate functions or one of our brands and will be assigned based on your academic background and interest once you are accepted into the program.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this summer internship opportunity you must be a current undergraduate Junior (rising senior) and must complete your Junior year by June 2025 and graduating in May/June 2026.
Application Process
Applications for the 2026 Lauder Summer Internship Program are now open and will close on October 8, 2025. Summer 2026 Recruitment will begin in Fall 2025. Applications will likely open mid/late August and conclude early October. Internship Duration and Location
This 10-week summer internship program offers participants challenging and engaging experiences within critical business functions, including Marketing, Online, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Creative. The Estée Lauder Companies’ Supply Chain summer internship program lasts 10 weeks and is based in New York City. The Global Supply Chain summer internship program is based in one of 3 locations: Bristol, Pennsylvania; Melville, New York (Long Island); or New York City. Note: R&D roles are based in our Melville, NY facility.
Internship Tracks and Opportunities
Internships are offered in the following areas: creative, corporate marketing, global communications, global finance and strategy, global human resources, global supply chain, information technology, online, and research and development. The number of intern hires varies year over year as the business needs/requests vary. Typically, the undergraduate Lauder Internship program is anywhere from 90 to 150 interns.
Creative Internships
Our Creative interns have done everything from participating in the ideation of new concepts and content to visualizing what new stores will look like and how products should be merchandised. You’ll learn how to execute design direction while getting to know our Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers, and Copywriters.

Marketing Internships
As a Marketing intern, you will gain exposure to a specific area of marketing at either the brand or corporate level. Our Marketing interns develop their skills through digital, product marketing, or consumer insight projects. As a Corporate Marketing intern you may have the opportunity to work in one of many areas within the focus ranging from our many brands to our corporate function. You will build your marketing acumen through digital, product marketing, or consumer insight projects. As an intern, you will also gain a holistic view of the organization through networking, professional development, and interacting with different areas of the business. Estée Lauder 2026 Summer Marketing roles may fall within one of the categories outlined below and will vary according to business need: ▸ Corporate Marketing, Consumer Insights, Customer Relationship Marketing, Digital Consumer Engagement and Marketing Analytics.
Global Communications Internships
As a Global Communications intern, you will support our efforts primarily in the digital/social space. This may include collaborating with digital agencies to support asset development and trafficking; spearheading social media monitoring/listening across all social media platforms; brainstorming digital/social content ideas that can be implemented as part of our editorial calendars; and analyzing social media reports to provide recommendations that inform the larger strategy. As a Communications intern, you may attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy for corporate campaigns.
Data Analytics Internships
The Data Analytics track focuses on the evolving role of data insights and analytics in our consumer growth and marketing strategies. The Data Analytics PMA will be offered various technically challenging roles in our Enterprise Marketing & Data division with a focus on data science, data analytics and customer relationship management. These roles will represent a cross section of global and regional perspectives. Data Analytics candidates should be comfortable working with large complex data sets and translating them into business insights.
Finance & Strategy Internships
The Finance & Strategy Leadership Program (FASLEAP) MBA Summer Internship is for high-potential MBA candidates that are interested in a career in Strategic Finance. As an MBA summer intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. As a Global Finance intern, you will assist with projects instrumental to the Global Finance function that are aligned to strategic business priorities, with mentorship from seasoned executives.
Human Resources Internships
Human Resources (HR) internships promote continuous leadership development, hands-on practical experience, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to optimize participants' learning and career growth. HR Business Partner (HRBP)/Employee Services (ESO): Projects related to employee needs for those working in our brands or one of our corporate functions.
