DME Academy's Dual Enrollment program allows 11th and 12th-grade students to earn college credits online, accommodating their schedules. Students participating in the Daytona State College Dual Enrollment Program register for courses during the college’s open enrollment period each semester. Prior to registration, students are required to complete the Daytona State College dual enrollment application, attend the mandatory new student orientation, and take the PERT (Postsecondary Education Readiness Test) unless otherwise exempt based on qualifying test scores. Course availability and delivery format may vary. Depending on the courses selected, students may enroll in traditional in-person classes, hybrid courses, or fully online options. Online courses are delivered in a high-quality, engaging format that provides flexibility while maintaining academic rigor.
