Bangkok Christian College (BCC), a private boys' school in Bangkok, holds the distinction of being the oldest school in Thailand. Since its establishment, it has maintained a reputation as a prestigious and highly selective institution, attracting gifted students from across the country.

Bangkok Christian College was founded on September 30, 1852, by American Presbyterian missionaries. Its original location was in Thonburi (specifically in Tambon Koodeechine and Samray). The school received permission from King Rama IV to operate. In 1902, the school was moved to its present location on Pramuan Road in the Bang Rak district. King Rama V contributed 20 Chang to aid in purchasing the land for the new campus. Instruction at the new location began in 1902, marking the school's relocation from its original Thonburi site and its renaming to Bangkok Christian High School, with Reverend John A.

In its early years, the school admitted only male students. In 1856, a large bamboo schoolhouse was constructed to accommodate English-language classes taught by missionaries such as Dr. Haws and Mrs.

Bangkok Christian College's current campus is located in the heart of Bangkok in the Silom District, a central financial hub. The campus features a prominent 19-story building with two underground floors, constructed in 2000 to accommodate secondary-level students and modern educational needs. The school separates students into different buildings according to their grade level. Primary students learn at the Ari Semprasat Building and the John A. Eakin Building, junior high school students learn at the M.B. Palmer Building, and senior high school students learn at the BCC 150th Anniversary Building, which is separate from the main area of the school. The only way that senior high students can go to the main area during school time is via a bridge between the M.B.

The infrastructure of Bangkok Christian College features multi-story buildings developed primarily from the 1980s onward to support expanded enrollment and specialized learning environments. The school has modern, well-equipped facilities including resource learning centers, self-access learning centers, libraries, an ample number of computers available for independent and e-learning during class, athletic programs with equipment and both indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, authentic and high-interest teaching materials, and management information systems for teaching and administration management.

Complementing the main building is a chapel erected in 1968, architecturally shaped like Noah's Ark to symbolize biblical themes, which functions as a focal point for religious services and moral education.

Bangkok Christian College is under the supervision of the Office of the Education Ministry within the Church of Christ in Thailand. It was the first school in the Kingdom to introduce contemporary approaches to English language education by both native English speakers and Thai teachers using English as the medium of instruction. Currently, the school has about 6,000 students in 12 grades and 400 academic staff, both Thai and foreigner. Even though it is a Christian school, only about 5% of the students are of Christian faith, but due to its high esteem it is popular with students of other faiths as well. Students from all over the country compete in highly competitive entrance examinations every year in March where approximately 10% of applicants move on to the interview round. Students are organized in high school according to their program, major, and examination score. Normally, students will learn in that room until they graduate, unlike the primary school and junior high school whose students change rooms every year.

In late 2019, Bangkok Christian College faced significant unrest stemming from allegations of improper financial decisions and governance lapses under the oversight of the Church of Christ in Thailand, which managed the institution.
