Responsibilities in RAMP Internship Program

Interns in this program may be involved in the following:

  • Designing, developing, testing, integrating, and maintaining quality firmware for eHDD using best practices like unit test, CI, and Agile methodologies.
  • Designing and implementing data structures, software algorithms, data paths, and drivers for hardware cores using the latest standards C++ and Python.
  • Participating in technical investigations from problem statement to conclusions.
  • Creating design documents for various phases of firmware development.
  • Devising strategies for functionality and compatibility testing of complex drive features.

Qualifications for RAMP Internship Program

Required qualifications include:

  • Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in C, Object-oriented programming (e.g., C++, Python), Data Structure, Algorithms.
  • Multi-threaded programming.
  • Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and complex code.
