Comprehensive Guide to UCF Football Game Day Parking

Attending a UCF Knights football game at the Acrisure Bounce House is an exciting experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable game day, understanding the parking options and traffic regulations is essential. This guide provides detailed information on parking locations, shuttle services, and important game day policies.

Parking Information and Services

Fans driving to the UCF campus on game days have several parking options, ranging from free parking in various lots and garages to reserved parking in the Gold Zone.

Gold Zone - Reserved Parking (Permit Only)

The Gold Zone, located in the northeast sector of campus closest to the stadium, offers preferred parking for Golden Knights Club members, credentialed media, stadium operations personnel, patrons with disabilities, and other select individuals. Access to Gold Zone lots requires a valid football game-day parking permit, which must be displayed at all times from the rearview mirror. Each permit is valid for one parking space.

Preferred routing to Gold Zone parking is via Libra Drive/Gemini Boulevard East from the south and McCulloch Road/North Orion Boulevard from the north or west.

Parking benefits are based on your season ticket purchase price including ticket costs and per seat contributions. Parking passes will be strictly limited to 1 parking pass for every 5 season tickets purchased with a cap on the number of passes per account. All parking passes are digital and can be managed in your UCF Athletics Account Manager. Fans with digital parking are STRONGLY encouraged to save their parking passes to their phone prior to gameday. Enhanced parking privileges may be available by supporting UCF Athletics through the Shareholders Society, with a minimum charitable gift of $5,000 or more, above and beyond your ticket invoice amount. Fans looking to purchase parking or relocate their current parking are encouraged to complete the seat and parking relocation form when renewing their season tickets.

Garage H Parking

For fans without permits who want to park closer to the stadium, Garage H offers parking for a minimum donation of $30. These donations support UCF’s First-Generation Scholarship Fund. Payments can be made with credit cards. Garage H is located near the Fairwinds Alumni Center and also accommodates vehicles for authorized students displaying SGA-provided parking passes and credentialed staff with permits for that garage.

Campus Parking - Free Options

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in most other lots and garages on campus. Exceptions include all residential lots and the Libra Garage on Libra Drive, which are reserved for students living on campus.

In a change from the 2025 season, due to construction reducing parking in the area around Acrisure Bounce House, parking lots H2-H4 and B9 are now reserved for fans with Gold Zone permits. Parking lot B4, located at the intersection of Central Florida Boulevard and Gemini Boulevard South, is reserved for official university business.

Parking is only authorized in designated parking lots and garages. Vehicles parked illegally on campus roadways or in non-designated areas are subject to towing and fines.

Important Notes Regarding Parking and Traffic

Several traffic regulations are in place to manage game day traffic flow:

  • Gemini Boulevard North: This road, from Parking Garage H to North Orion Boulevard, will be closed to all traffic from two hours prior to the game start time until the game starts. It will reopen from game start until midway through the 4th quarter, then close again from midway through the 4th quarter until two hours after the game ends (or as required).
  • North Orion Boulevard (Ken Dixon Way): Only Gold Zone patrons with valid game day credentials or handicapped parking permits will be authorized to enter/exit the campus via North Orion Boulevard (north entrance accessible from McCulloch Road) starting two hours prior to kickoff. Beginning 1 hour and 30 minutes after kickoff, all North Orion Boulevard lanes will be dedicated to traffic exiting campus.
  • East Plaza Drive: No vehicular traffic or parking are authorized on East Plaza Drive on game days until two hours following the end of the game (or when authorized by UCF Police).
  • Gemini Boulevard North: Gemini Boulevard North between East Plaza and West Plaza drives will be closed to vehicular traffic prior to and during tailgating each game day. Memory Mall tailgaters can drop off gear by the barricades on either side. The road will be reopened at the discretion of law enforcement following the conclusion of tailgating.

Accessible Parking and Shuttle Services

Designated Accessible Parking

Parking for guests with disabilities is available on the first level of Garage C, located at the intersection of Ken Dixon Way (formerly North Orion Boulevard) and Scorpius Street. The individual to whom the placard or plate is registered must be with the vehicle.

Student Shuttles

UCF operates student shuttle buses for all normally serviced apartment complexes (except NorthView, Tivoli and Northgate due to their close proximity to the stadium) on each home football game day. Normal UCF shuttle routes, except #6, operate with the following schedules. The on-campus shuttle routes Pegasus Express do not operate on game day. The shuttles run from five hours prior to the start of the game until two hours after the game ends.
