The institution began its journey on 1 January 2010, through the disciplined efforts and direction of the then General Officer Commanding of the 9th Infantry Division and Area Commander of Savar Region, former Chief of Army Staff General (Retd.) Iqbal Karim Bhuiyan, PSC. In its initial academic year of 2010, the school offered education from nursery to eighth grade.
