Neal McClaugherty Memorial Scholarship: Larry and Kathy McClaugherty established this scholarship in memory of their son, Neal. Born on March 23, 1983, Neal experienced a lack of oxygen at birth which resulted in cerebral palsy. Neal was a non-verbal quadriplegic.
