Cancellations

Appointments should be cancelled only when absolutely necessary, with 48 hours of notice. Cancellations without appropriate advance notice will be considered “no show” or missed appointments. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will also be considered “no show” appointments and may need to reschedule.

Payment for office services is due at the time of service. Payments for prescriptions are due in full before the order is placed. The clinic accepts cash, personal checks with valid identification, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), and Care Credit.
