Most LEGO Design internships take place in Billund, Denmark, the heart of the LEGO Group. In Billund, you'll join over 600 creative professionals from around the world who share a passion for play. However, some digital design internships are based in London, offering a hybrid work model.

Learning and Development

The LEGO Group prioritizes personal growth and teamwork. Interns participate in a dedicated onboarding program to quickly learn the LEGO way of working.
