Bauer Excellence Scholarships (BES)

Bauer Excellence Scholarships (BES) are four-year, undergraduate-level, renewable scholarships. Qualified students who are admitted to the C.T. Bauer College of Business are eligible. All students admitted to the C.T. Bauer College of Business can complete the 2022-2023 scholarship application prior to April 1 of this year. Only business majors are eligible for the Bauer Excellence Scholarship. The Bauer Excellence Scholarship will not be added to your MyUH online student account until after you have attended UH New Student Orientation and have enrolled into classes at UH. The Bauer Excellence Scholarship is a fixed amount and will not change.

Tier One Scholarship

To be considered for the Distinguished Scholarship, complete the Tier One Scholarship application and the application for admission to the University of Houston no later than Nov. 3, 2025. Additionally, a letter of recommendation is required. Interviews will be notified by Dec. 15, 2025 and interview in January.
