Living on campus allows you to discover and connect in a way that's only possible when you're part of the 24/7 experience. Studies show that grades improve when students live alongside classmates in a diverse academic environment that supports them. Instead of wasting hours commuting, you can immerse yourself in student organizations and explore Midtown.

Highly desirable, Midtown is electric with activity, and you get it all at student prices. Take your college experience beyond the books. Don't just learn here, live here.

An exercise area - complete with treadmills, small weights, and stair climbers - is on the second floor. The third and fourth floor lounges have different study area furniture options such as booths, tables, and soft chairs.

A Student Perspective
Faith Walton, a Wayne State student who lived on campus for four years, shared her experience: "I lived on campus for four full years. The residence halls fostered the right environment for me to feel comfortable and make a lot of lifelong friends. The halls provided a cozy, homelike atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One of the best parts about living on campus is during the winter when there is a snowstorm. As a student, you get to go back to your dorm and curl up with a warm mug and watch the snow fall outside without having to worry about scooping or having to drive anywhere to get to food or class."
