New Mexico: Thrive Scholarship
The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce (AHCC) also offers the Thrive Scholarship. The Scholarship Objective is to provide multi-year scholarships annually to see students through graduation beginning Fall 2024. This scholarship is specifically for individuals for whom Fall 2024 will be their first semester ever to enroll in a two-year, four-year, or trade program.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completed high school diploma/equivalency OR currently a high school senior.
- Must enroll at UNM OR CNM.
- At UNM must enroll for a minimum of 15 credit hours per semester.
- At CNM for 12 credit hours for degree or certificate program for length of certificate or degree program (typically not longer than two years).

- Maintain a minimum 2.27 cumulative GPA.

- Video: Create a 2-3-minute video explaining your education goals, career objective and plans for giving back to New Mexico. Creativity is encouraged but you must appear in the video and talk for at least half of the length of the video.
Texas: Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (FWHCC) Scholarship Program
Established in 1991, the FWHCC Scholarship Program supports Tarrant County students pursuing higher education. The program provides financial aid to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students residing in Tarrant County, ensuring that the cost of education does not become a barrier to student success.
The FWHCC also provides guidance in reviewing resumes or preparing for job interviews.
Louisiana: HCCL and HCCLYP Scholarship
