Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Excellence (SFE)
The Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Excellence (SFE) is a cornerstone of the firm's diversity recruiting efforts. The SFE is awarded to students who embody Goldman Sachs' Business Principles. This program is specifically designed to attract Black, Latinx/Hispanic, and/or Native American undergraduate students to pursue summer internships at Goldman Sachs.
Eligibility and Benefits
The SFE program is open to undergraduate juniors from all majors who identify as Black, Latinx/Hispanic and/or Native American and are pursuing a summer internship at Goldman Sachs. As a participant, you will receive up to $15,000 toward tuition and academic expenses upon starting your summer internship in Atlanta, Boston, Calgary, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Irving, Jersey City, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, West Palm Beach, Washington D.C.
Application Process
Candidates are encouraged to submit the SFE application along with their internship application, as decisions will be made on an ongoing basis (subject to the status of the internship application). The Goldman Sachs Scholarship for Excellence is an integral part of the firm’s diversity recruiting effort, seeking to attract Black, Hispanic, and Native American undergraduates to careers at Goldman Sachs. Applicants must be at the undergradaute sophomore or junior level. Recipients receive an offer for a paid Goldman Sachs summer internship. Upon starting their summer internship, SFE recipients will receive up to $15,000 toward tuition and academic expenses.
WeTech® Goldman Sachs Scholarship in India
Goldman Sachs also supports the WeTech® program, which focuses on providing scholarships to young women in India pursuing degrees in the information, communication, and technology (ICT) sector. This initiative aims to address the underrepresentation of women in the global tech industry by providing them with the education and training needed to succeed in ICT careers.

Program Details
The program is available for students from participating colleges in India for the 2020-2021 academic year. Additionally, ten USD1,500 scholarships will be available for those who demonstrate strong financial need with special circumstances. The scholarship may be used to cover fees associated with a student’s academic course and is not strictly limited to tuition.

All freshmen are automatically considered for scholarships from the University. Each year, UT Dallas offers the Academic Excellence Scholarships (AES) to incoming first-time-in-college freshman students who qualify.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship (PTK)
The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship (PTK) is available to qualified first-time, degree-seeking, full-time and part-time undergraduate transfer students who are current members of Phi Theta Kappa and who are Texas residents at the time of admission. Jonsson School Scholarships
The Jonsson School offers multiple merit-based scholarships to continuing full-time engineering and computer science majors. Jonsson School Academic Success Awards are offered to continuing freshman, sophomore and junior students when funds are available. These awards are made possible by funding from the Excellence in Education Scholarship Endowment and the Williams Communications Solutions Scholarship Endowment. Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science Endowed Scholarships are also offered to continuing freshman, sophomore and junior students when funds are available. Renewable annually until the completion of an undergraduate degree or up to 2 years, whichever comes first as long as continue to meet criteria. If the recipient’s cumulative GPA falls below 3.3 and/or is no longer a full-time student, the recipient is given one semester to raise cumulative GPA to 3.3 and/or enroll as a full-time student in order to continue receiving this scholarship.
Dr. Gopal Gupta Fellowship in CS Fund
The Dr. Gopal Gupta Fellowship in CS Fund at UT Dallas is a scholarship that provides financial support to outstanding students pursuing a undergraduate degree in computer science at the University of Texas at Dallas. Competitive Scholarship Waiver
Applicants and students who are awarded a UT Dallas competitive scholarship and are classified as non-resident/out-of-state in their admission letter may receive in conjunction with the scholarship a “competitive scholarship waiver.” This waiver allows a student to pay tuition at the resident/in-state rate.
Jonsson School Graduate Fellowships
The Jonsson School awards some merit-based fellowships to currently full-time graduate students every Fall semester. Please read the criteria and requirements for fellowships listed below carefully to ensure you meet the qualifications. Students will complete one online graduate application for the fellowships listed below. Students must complete at least 9 graduate credit hours and no more than 90 doctoral credit hours at UT Dallas to be eligible. The deadline to apply for the academic year 2022-2023 has passed.
