  • Controller: The Controller is responsible for overseeing the University’s financial systems and accounting operations. This role provides strategic leadership for day-to-day financial activities and ensures the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.

  • Assistant Competitive Cheer Coach & Dance: The Assistant Competitive Cheer Coach & Dance position is a full-time, 12 month position and is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the Gannon University Competitive Cheer & Dance program. The program competes at the intercollegiate II level and attends the NCA & NDA Collegiate National Championship annually.
  • Graduate Assistant of Student Personnel: Under the supervision of the RWC Director, the Graduate Assistant of Student Personnel is responsible for matters relating to staffing including hiring, training, staff evaluations, promotion/dismissal recommendations and payroll. The Graduate Assistant of Student Personnel ensures that policies and procedures related to staffing are administered effectively and respectfully.
  • Custodian: Gannon University seeks part-time and full-time custodians to join our team. We have multiple shifts available. This position performs routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks in the upkeep of campus buildings or areas of assignment. Must be able to support and promote the University’s Mission. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Under the supervision of the RWC Director, the Graduate Assistant of Student Personnel is responsible for matters relating to staffing including hiring, training, staff evaluations, promotion/dismissal recommendations and payroll. The Graduate Assistant of Student Personnel ensures that policies and procedures related to staffing are administered effectively and respectfully. Cleans and dusts furniture, fixtures, shelving, cabinets, door and window trim, and related furnishings; waxes furniture.

  • Assistant Teaching Professor in Graphic Design: The College of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences invites applications for an Assistant Teaching Professor in Graphic Design to begin in August 2026. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in studio media, media design, digital graphics, and digital drawing.
  • Assistant Teaching Professor and Program Director, Mortuary Science: The College of Humanities, Education, and Social Sciences invites applications for a Program Director of Mortuary Science to begin August 2026. This is a 9-month Assistant Teaching Professor position, with primary responsibilities in Gannon University’s undergraduate major in Mortuary Science, which partners with the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science for students’ fourth year. The successful candidate will teach courses in Mortuary Science and their area of specialization, foster relationships with current and prospective students via advising and recruitment, connect students with funeral homes for internships and career opportunities, establish partnerships with other mortuary science schools, and should be able to integrate lived experiences into course content. Area of specialization is open, with preference for candidates with prior field experience in funeral service or mortuary science, as well as previous teaching experience and willingness to incorporate emerging technologies. There is an expectation of travel to other mortuary schools to foster partnerships and support culminating activities such as graduation. The successful candidate will advise students and prepare them intellectually, professionally, and personally, and will be expected to engage in service to the profession and community as is appropriate to the application for and receipt of promotion at Gannon.

This full-time, 12-month faculty position for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program located at the Erie, Pennsylvania campus is available to begin upon hire OR July 1, 2026. DSB offers undergraduate majors in: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Aviation & Business Management, and Sport Business. The Department of Biology seeks individuals interested in teaching non-majors and introductory majors lab courses as Adjunct Instructors. Teaching loads depend on departmental needs each semester.
