- Diploma and Certificate Posting: Diplomas and certificates are posted to transcripts at least six to eight weeks after final grades are officially posted at the end of a quarter. The physical diploma may take 10 to 12 weeks. Unique situations may add additional delays.
Commencement Ceremony
The Commencement Ceremony is a celebratory event honoring graduates. Participation in the ceremony requires a separate registration process from the Graduation Application.
Participation
Students who have earned a degree or certificate of completion (COCs) can participate in the commencement ceremony. However, students who graduate in the summer may not be included in the commencement program.
Name Display
Names are included in the commencement program, but specific formatting requests may not be accommodated.
