The women featured here are deeply skilled, deeply motivated, and still being pushed out. Unsurprisingly, research from Dr. Women like Nneka Obiekwe are creating spaces like "Black Women Rising" that offer mutual support channels for sharing job leads, venting frustrations, and offering encouragement. Ericka Hatfield, an experienced communications leader, is offering résumé advice for others in the group. Other women like Francesca Weems are starting their own firms.
