Non-Resident Tuition: Effective Summer 2025: Non-resident students, those from other states or foreign countries, will be charged $312 per unit for tuition, plus $46 per unit enrollment fee. (e.g.. 3 units = $1074.00). NR/Enrollment fees charged for courses with a fractional unit value shall be rounded to the nearest dollar.

Additional Mandatory Fees

Student Activity Fee (Mustang Pass): $10 per semester. By paying the $10.00 Student Activity each fall and spring semester you are eligible to receive a Mustang Pass or new validation sticker. Student Representation Fee: $2 per semester. One dollar $1 of every two-dollar $2 fee collected shall be expended to establish and support the operations of the Student Senate for California Community Colleges (SSCCC) and the remaining $1 shall be used to support ASDC. This fee supports students or representatives who state positions and viewpoints before the city, county, and district governments, and before offices and agencies of the state and the federal government.
Student Health Fee: $26 per semester ($22 for summer session). Delta College is enhancing health services to include better access to healthcare, substance abuse support, and mental health services. Starting Fall 2024, a student health fee of $26 per semester (or $22 for summer session) will be charged to all credit-enrolled students, regardless of class location or delivery mode (in-person or online).

Credit By Examination Fee: Credit by Examination (CBE) is to recognize a student's experience(s) and knowledge base for which credit or advanced standing has not been previously granted. The Credit by Exam (CBE) cost is current tuition rates per unit for in-state, out-of-state, or international students depending on your student status.
