Accessing the CUWeb Portal
Clark University students use the CUWeb portal for web registration. Priority registration dates for undergraduate students in the Fall and Spring semesters are determined by their anticipated class standing, which includes both earned and currently registered units.
For example, a student with 12 earned units (sophomore status) who is registered for 4 units in the current semester (totaling 16 units) will be considered a junior for registration purposes in the following semester.
Important Notes Regarding Registration Priority:
- Undergraduate in-season NCAA athletes may be assigned an earlier registration time. Contact the Athletics Department for clarification on your status.
- Undergraduate students with approved registration accommodations will be assigned to the first day of registration. Contact Student Accessibility Services (SAS) with any questions.
- Honors Experience Program students may also be eligible to register on the first day. Contact your Honors Advisor for details.

Enrollment Statuses
Enrollment statuses are important for determining eligibility for financial aid, loan deferment, FICA exemption, and health insurance. Contact Financial Assistance for questions about how these definitions apply to financial aid or loan deferment.
Transcripts for Prior Students
Prior students can typically order official or unofficial electronic transcripts through the Parchment eTranscript system. If you are a prior student and do not have your 900# (Student ID), you will need to locate it. If an official transcript is sent to the student and then forwarded to a third party, it is no longer considered official. Transcript transmission typically takes about 30 minutes. Some students who attended before the year 2000 may not have an eTranscript available.
Submitting Dissertations/Theses via ProQuest
To submit a dissertation or thesis, students need to create an account to submit their work online. The ProQuest publishing team will review and electronically deliver the final dissertation/thesis to ProQuest for publishing. This process takes approximately 4-6 weeks from the date of delivery.
- Traditional Publishing: Free
- Open Access Publishing: One-time service charge of $95.00 USD
- Bound Copies: Print copies are made after publishing is complete, taking approximately 8-10 weeks for printing and shipping. The cost for this service is $75.00 USD.
