Tuition Rates and Payment Policies
The tuition rates for the 2025-2026 school year are typically determined each February by the Bishop Ireton High School Advisory Board. For the unspecified year, the yearly tuition is $18,800. Tuition is paid through FACTS, an online tuition and fee management system. FACTS accounts are set up at registration. Families who take advantage of the 10-month payment plan option will be charged a $50 fee from FACTS. At the beginning of each month, the full tuition for that month is due regardless of how many days the student attends during that month.
Withdrawal Policy
Should a student need to withdraw from Bishop Ireton, the Director of Admissions, Nicole Mahon, is required, and an online withdrawal form must be completed. Withdrawal forms received before the 15th of the month will stop the future month's tuition payments. If the withdrawal form is received after the 15th of the month, it will result in the proceeding month's tuition being due regardless of whether the student is enrolled in that month. Tuition must be current and up to date before transcripts will be sent to any schools.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Bishop Ireton offers over $3.2 million of tuition assistance and scholarships to students, demonstrating its commitment to making education accessible. Financial Aid Applications are submitted through FACTS Grant and Aid. The application process includes completing the application, as well as submission of the required tax documents. Your application is not complete until FACTS Grant and Aid has received your tax documents. The FACTS Grant and Aid application may note a later date. Please note, financial aid awards do not carry over year to year. A new application must be submitted each year to be considered for aid.

International Student Information
International students pay the same tuition rate as local students but are required to pay all tuition and fees in full at the time of enrollment. Additionally, there is a one-time, non-refundable International Student Fee of $500, due upon enrollment. Once a student has been accepted and confirms their intent to enroll, the I-20 is completed. All students must be proficient in English. Please note that Bishop Ireton does not provide housing for international students.

Transfer Students
Students seeking to transfer into the 10th or 11th grade must follow the same application process as 9th-grade applicants, with the exception of the HSPT (High School Placement Test), which is not required for transfer students. In addition, full, official high school transcripts, with credits clearly noted, must be submitted. It is our policy not to accept local senior (12th-grade) transfers. Bishop Ireton competes in the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC), which enforces a strict transfer policy for student-athletes.
