How to Use VIP Points:

Redeem your VIP Points for VIP Codes, which can be applied toward future purchases on Zappos.com. Every 100 VIP Points awarded to your Zappos VIP membership can be redeemed for a $1 VIP Code. VIP Codes are only issued in whole $1 increments with a maximum amount per VIP Code of $100.

VIP Points Balance:

View your VIP Point balance by logging into your Zappos account.

VIP Points Expiration:

Each November, or at other times during the year at our discretion, Zappos will automatically convert all unredeemed VIP Points under your VIP Membership into VIP Codes. Instant Video, Invitee, and Business Prime memberships are not eligible.

Sales and Discounts: Keep an eye on Zappos' website for sales and discounted prices. Sometimes certain colors of a product may be on sale while others aren’t. If you see something you like, scroll through the color options. Save up to 40% on regular prices on Zappos sale items.

Free Shipping and Returns: Zappos offers ongoing free shipping. Some customers, like those with VIP memberships, might be eligible for an upgrade to free expedited shipping. On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Customer Feedback section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review of this product’.
Once you click on that button you will see an image of the product, a text box, a rating section, and three sections on how the product fits. Please fill in as much information as you’d like.

Premier Reviewers:

If you write a review in exchange for free product under the Premier Reviewer Program or any other product review incentive program, that review is not eligible for VIP Points under Zappos VIP.

Honest Reviews:

If a Zappos VIP member receives an underwhelming or underperforming product, we encourage those experiences to be shared on our site. We welcome honest opinions about the product - positive or negative, as long as the review complies with our customer review guidelines.
