What is the YesStyle Student Program?

The YesStyle Student Program is designed to provide students enrolled in higher education with exclusive discounts and benefits. By joining the Program, students can access a range of perks, enhancing their shopping experience while staying within budget.

Signing up for the Student Program offers several advantages:

15% Discount on First Purchase: New Student Members receive a 15% off coupon for their initial order.
3X Points on Every Order: Student Members earn triple the YS Points on all purchases, accelerating their rewards accumulation.
Two 12% Off Coupons: Each year, Student Members receive two 12% off promo codes to use on their orders.
Free Upgrade to Elite Club Silver Status: Enrollment in the Student Program automatically upgrades students to the Silver Level of YesStyle’s Elite Club loyalty program.

Eligibility and How to Apply

To be eligible for the YesStyle Student Program, applicants must be currently enrolled in any higher education college or university.

To apply for the Program:

Request to join the YesStyle Student Program. By requesting to join the Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Provide verification of student status. Students are required to complete status verification within one (1) month of application in order to participate in the Program. Applications that have not been verified on or before the one-month deadline will be rejected.

Students may only connect their student credentials to a single YesStyle account, without exception. Each Student may only become a Student Member using ONE YesStyle account. If your application is declined, you must wait 60 days before signing up again using the same student credentials provided in the initial application.

Understanding Membership Validity and Renewal

The Student membership is valid until the end of the TWELFTH calendar month from the date the Student membership is attained. Student membership renewal will take place twelve calendar months after the Student membership has been attained or renewed. Once verification is complete, your Student membership will be extended for another twelve calendar months.

If we do not receive verification before your Student membership expires, your Student Member status will be removed. Your account will still qualify for an Elite Club membership tier based on your cumulative spending at YesStyle during your Student membership period. If you are still qualified to join the YesStyle Student Program but did not complete the verification on or before the expiry date of your current Student membership, you may submit a new application to participate in the program.

Elite Club Integration and Benefits

Student Members are initially given YesStyle Elite Club Silver member status, but if your cumulative spending at YesStyle reaches a certain threshold during your Student membership, you may be upgraded to receive YesStyle Elite Club Gold member status and benefits. These Gold member status and benefits exist alongside Student Member status but may later be downgraded to Silver member status and benefits depending on your cumulative spending during subsequent years of your Student membership. Regardless, your Student Member status will remain for the duration of its validity despite any changes to your Elite Club status.

If your Student membership expires, you will cease being a Student Member but will remain a member of the YesStyle Elite Club and be given Regular, Bronze, Silver or Gold member status and benefits depending on your cumulative spending during the previous year of your Student membership. These benefits will represent either an upgrade or a downgrade to your Student Member benefits, depending on the situation. Your Student Member status will remain alongside your Influencer status. Student Members may join other YesStyle Elite Club campaigns after their current Student membership is attained. Additional membership statuses will be added to your account on top of your current memberships.

Please note that memberships may expire independently of one another. If any memberships require a renewal, you are required to complete the renewal and any necessary verification in order to keep those memberships.

For example, if you joined the IG-Silver campaign in September you can still become a Student Member in November of the same year. Your IG-Silver status will remain valid until it expires at the end of December.

Redeeming Coupons and Understanding Their Validity

To redeem the coupons, enter the corresponding coupon code in the “Coupon Code” field during the checkout process. The 15% OFF First Purchase Coupon may only be redeemed one (1) time. All newly-approved Student Members, regardless of whether or not their YesStyle Account is new or preexisting, are eligible to redeem the 15% OFF First Purchase coupon. A minimum purchase of US$40, or equivalent in other currencies, is required to use some coupons.

Coupon value is in US Dollars (USD). If the customer elects to pay using a different currency, the coupon value will be converted at checkout based on YesStyle’s internal exchange rate on the day the coupon is applied. As a result, coupon value may vary slightly.

Coupons are given when the Student first joins the Program, or if the Student Member achieves Elite Club Gold Member status during their membership period. Student Members will not receive the Coupons given at the Elite Club Bronze membership tier.

Effective 00:00 GMT on January 1, 2024, Elite Club coupons are valid for 3 months following their issue dates. Coupons will expire on the last day of the expiring month after each coupon is granted. The 15% OFF First Purchase Coupon given to Student Members will be valid for 2 months following its issue date.

If the membership package includes multiple coupons, only one coupon will be granted at the time the membership package is given. Our system will automatically unlock another membership coupon after the previous one is used or expires until all membership coupons are used or expire.

If the Student Member becomes an Elite Club Gold Member then the initial coupons given will still be usable for the duration of their Student Member status. If a membership expires at the end of its one-year membership period with unlocked coupons remaining, the coupons will automatically expire.

Each coupon is applicable towards product prices only, and cannot be applied to shipping or reshipping charges. Each coupon may not be combined with any other promotional coupons. However, coupons can be used in conjunction with existing sale prices. All coupons are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash or YesStyle Credit. Coupons given as part of the Student Membership package are exclusively for use by YesStyle Student Program members.

YesStyle reserves the right to change all terms and conditions and to withdraw this offer without prior notice. Should there be any disputes, YesStyle's decision is final. You acknowledge and agree that YesStyle reserves the right at its sole discretion to transfer, assign or handover (the “Transfer”) the Program and/or all or any part of its underlying interest and rights (including your eligibility, participation and/or membership in the Program and the underlying content) to another affiliate within the same group structure of YesStyle.

YesStyle shall notify Student Members of the Transfer in advance (including the new Terms & Conditions, if applicable) by public posting as appropriate, and if the Student Member does not agree to the Transfer and/or to be bound by the new Terms & Conditions, the Student Member may inform YesStyle within the designated timeframe and choose to withdraw from the Program accordingly. Otherwise, all then eligible Student Member shall be automatically enrolled into the new Program according to the then Terms & Conditions (as appropriate).

By requesting to join the Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Once enrolled in the Program, Student Members will not be eligible to join any other affiliate platforms.

YesStyle reserves the right to disqualify Student Member memberships and/or, in extreme cases, take legal actions if any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected. YesStyle reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to Student Members. However, YesStyle will make reasonable efforts to notify members of these changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting of the revisions.

Should there be any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, YesStyle’s decision is final. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and all relevant parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

If discrepancies exist between the English Terms & Conditions and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
