Ground floor projects include 4 welcome lounges, a 5,800 sq. ft. food service / retail space, a 3,500 sq. ft. game room, and a 1,900 sq. ft. All students will be in single-occupancy bedrooms in 6- or 8-bedroom shared apartments with a kitchen, spacious living room, and bathrooms. Priority will be given to transfer students. Pepper Canyon West has a 12-month contract. Incoming transfer students who meet eligibility criteria will be able to express a preference for the 12-month housing contract in Pepper Canyon West. Contracts will be issued based on availability. Summer rates for Pepper Canyon West are billed monthly on the first business day of the month. The daily rate is $31.80/day. Students who purchase a dining plan during the academic year can use their funds throughout the summer.

  • Marshall College: The newly designed apartments for Marshall College at Ridge Walk Living Learning Neighborhood (RWLLN) will have housing for approximately 2,400 students adjacent to Hopkins Parking Structure and occupying the old TMC Lowers Apartments. Apartments will house 8 or 10 students per unit.

  • Pepper Canyon East: Pepper Canyon East is a community for incoming and continuing transfer students and some continuing undergraduates.
