Sr. Accounting & Operations Assistant
This role offers the opportunity to work in a variety of areas within the Student Union, gaining an appreciation of the various aspects of a high-paced College Union. The Assistant will be involved in the financial operations of the Student Union which includes reconciling fiscal data, paying and collecting invoices, as well as dealing with vendors and clients. A Student Union Accounting & Operations Assistant provides the highest level of customer service and assistance as the front line of the Accounting area of the Student Union.
Student Union Senior Marketing Manager
The Student Union Senior Marketing Manager will provide leadership in cultivating and maintaining the UCF Student Union’s brand, directing Marketing goals and objectives, and creating effective campaigns across various platforms and outlets.
Student Union Video Producer
The Student Union Video Producer will provide expertise and relevant skills in video production to develop content towards the Student Union’s Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Graphic Designer
The Heart of Campus is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated graphic designer to join the Student Union Marketing Department. They are looking for an individual who thrives in a team environment and can balance multiple tasks through proactive time management skills.
Student Employment Opportunities in the Student Union
The Student Union has several teams of student employees that help keep The Heart of Campus “beating.” These entry-level positions offer valuable experience and the chance to contribute to the UCF community. Applications typically open once a semester and are posted through Knight Connect and Handshake.

Event Planning Assistant
The Event Planning Assistants serve as the first impression of the Event Services office in the Student Union. They introduce the facility’s services and guide departments, agencies, student organizations, and public clients through the planning process to host an event at the Student Union. The Event Services office is open Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Event Services Associate
The Event Services Associate is a key support staff member that provides setup and maintenance or furnishing and A/V equipment for all Student Union events.
Guest Service Specialist
The Guest Service Specialist is a key customer liaison on the Student Union staff. This position supports the Guest Services Department at numerous Student Union locations including the Information Desk.
