Faculty Conflicts

Nursing and College of Medicine students may not make appointments with providers who also serve as their faculty at their respective colleges.

Canceling Appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the appointment line 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Because of the high demand for services, canceling in advance will enable us to fill the appointment time with another person who needs medical care. There is a fee for appointments missed without 24 advance notice. Fees may vary from $10 to $30 based on the type of appointment.

If you park in one of these designated spots, please provide your license plate number to our staff at the front desk during check-in. Both the appointment permit AND a daily or long-term UCF parking permit (purchased digitally through UCF Parking Services or through the UCF Mobile App) are required in order to legally park in these designated spots.
