Your eRaider account is your key to accessing all student portals at Texas Tech. This account will be used throughout your time as a student.

Setting Up Your Account

To get started, visit eraider.ttu.edu and select "Set-Up Account." Follow the steps to obtain your username or reset your password if needed. For assistance, contact the IT Help Central at (806) 742-4357 (HELP).

Accessing the Student Portal

You can access the student portal at eraider.ttu.edu. Your eRaider credentials will allow you to access any student portal.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

Texas Tech University is committed to providing financial accessibility for a high-quality education.

Applying for Financial Aid

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The 2026-2027 FAFSA will open by October 1, 2025. The priority deadline for 2026-2027 financial aid is February 15, 2026.

Viewing and Accepting Aid

Navigate to the Aid & Scholarships menu in Raiderlink and accept the Terms & Conditions. Then click on the View/Accept Aid tab. Thank you letters must also be submitted to fully accept the award(s).

Student Business Services (SBS)

Student Business Services (SBS) is your partner in managing tuition and fees. You can pay tuition through eBill, our secure online system. SBS provides information on due dates, refunds, waivers and exemptions, and third-party payments. They are there to guide you through your financial journey at Texas Tech University.

Housing

Students are required to live on campus. Housing registration opens in December. Visit housing.ttu.edu to make your housing arrangement. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. You can choose from Traditional, Suite, Moveable or Pod style within our 19 residence halls across campus.

Red Raider Orientation (RRO)

Registration for RRO opens in mid-October. Spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis.
