The therapist will then bring the client to a treatment space and review the child’s medical and developmental history, as well as the history of presenting concerns. Formal and/or informal assessment procedures are completed, which may include asking questions about the child’s symptoms, strengths, needs, behaviors, likes, and areas of concern.
