Individual Housing Contracts

To better accommodate the needs of students, The Station offers individual housing contracts for our apartments by UCF, which means added peace of mind knowing that residents are only ever responsible for their housing contract agreement. If one of your student’s roommates stops paying their share of the housing contract, your student isn’t negatively impacted.
