Your Synergy data is always up to date, everywhere you need it. All Synergy Education Platform modules share a single database to ensure seamless interoperability and simplified data management. Certifications and Integrations
Synergy SIS is certified on the consortium’s OneRoster® 1.1 standard specification for rostering and assignment grade passback and provides an API for the secure exchange of data with select learning management systems. Edupoint has certified its Synergy Student Information System platform on the Ed-Fi Data Standard. Heartland’s MySchoolBucks fully integrates with Synergy SIS to help streamline the collection and management of all student fees and payments. Through the ParentVUE portal, parents can see all their students’ fees and quickly pay for them using MySchoolBucks. Sign up for Clever and select Edupoint Synergy from the list of automatic sync partners. CPSI and Edupoint partnered in 2006 to jointly develop and certify the Synergy SIF agent with the Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) Association. Synergy is a SIF 2 Enabled Application.

It gives teachers one place to manage everything - attendance, assignments, course content, learning resources, grading, quizzes and tests, interventions, and more - plus a 360 ° profile for every student.
Parent Engagement
Parents can see how their child is doing in school, access learning resources to help their child succeed, stay current on what’s happening in the classroom, and communicate with teachers regardless of language spoken at home. Through the ParentVUE portal, parents can see all their students’ fees and quickly pay for them using MySchoolBucks. ParentSquare is the only fully unified product that engages every family with school communications and communications-based services-all the way from the district office to the classroom teacher, and all in one place. Schools know who’s not being reached, and have the reports and tools to improve contactability and communications equity while maintaining privacy and security.
Financial Management
Heartland’s MySchoolBucks fully integrates with Synergy SIS to help streamline the collection and management of all student fees and payments. SchoolPay centralizes every eCommerce payment in the district and synchronizes that payment data with disparate applications that rely on payment data, such as general ledger, cash accounting, food service, extended day software and more.
Assessment Tools
Inspect® is a formative assessment item bank and suite of over 300 pre-built assessments. Mastery Item Bank includes assessment items in ELA, Math, Science, Social Studies, and offers Spanish-translated items. Items in the Mastery Item Bank are aligned to the Common Core, Next Generation Science Standards, and all 50 states’ standards.

The features and design give us everything we need, including the ability to customize. We do a lot of customizations - custom screens, custom fields, custom tables - and we were concerned that they might not work with cloud hosting. Not only does everything still work, but we have realized a huge savings on our staff time as a result.

Cloud Hosting
Wyoming Public Schools first started with Synergy many years ago, and as we were supporting our 4,000 scholars and our staff in our nine buildings, it has evolved over the course of time and partnerships with local districts. And this would not be happening, at least the partnership at the level that it's at now, if it wasn't for our technology department and just the strong partnership between Edupoint Synergy and our district leaders.
