Faculty Positions

  • Full-Time Faculty, Business Administration (Open Rank) and Internship Director: This 10-month, campus-based position involves teaching internship and business courses (24-30 contact hours per academic year) within the faculty’s area(s) of expertise, along with administrative responsibilities.
  • Adjunct Faculty: Adjunct faculty engage in teaching activities in accordance with the University’s faculty workload policies.
  • Program Director for Graduate Nursing: A 12-month faculty administrator position responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the Master of Science degree programs in Nursing according to Stevenson University, Stevenson University Online, and the Berman School of Nursing and Health Professions policies and procedures.
  • Full-Time Faculty Position in Communication: A full-time 9-month, open rank, campus-based faculty position in the School of Design, Arts, and Communication’s Department of Communication with responsibilities for teaching face-to-face undergraduate Business Communication and Communication Studies courses.

Administrative and Staff Positions

  • Associate Dean, Nursing: Provides leadership and works with the School Dean and the academic administrators of the undergraduate and graduate nursing programs to manage each program and the Nursing Unit as a whole according to Stevenson University and Berman School of Nursing and Health Professions policies and procedures.
  • Senior Enrollment Counselor (SEC), Partnerships: Responsible for recruiting and enrolling qualified new students for Stevenson University Online (SUO) degree and certificate programs. The SEC is assigned a portfolio of academic programs and is cross-trained to provide recruiting, admissions, and enrollment support for all SUO programs.
  • Enrollment Counselor (EC): Similar to the SEC, the EC recruits and enrolls students for SUO programs, managing a portfolio of programs and providing support for all SUO programs.
  • Coordinator, Veteran & Military Education Benefits: Serves as the primary point of contact for veterans, military service members, and their families seeking to use their military education benefits.
  • Specialist, Academic Data and Analysis: Serves as a member of the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) team and is responsible for data analysis and reporting within the Academic Affairs division.
  • Stevenson University Online (SUO) Student Success Coach (SSC): Provides effective, regular, responsive, and proactive academic and holistic support for online students to support their retention, success, and graduation.
  • Financial Aid Advisor II: Responsible for providing direct service to students and their families in regard to the financial aid process and advises them in all phases of the financial aid application and delivery system.
  • Financial Aid Advisor: Similar to the Financial Aid Advisor II, providing direct service and advice to students and families regarding financial aid.
  • Work Study - Assistant, Registrar’s Office: Works as a member of a team to support the Office of the Registrar. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing general office and clerical tasks; assisting with events hosted by the Office of Registrar; answering phones; entering data; filing, scanning, typing, faxing, and copying documents.
  • Work Study - Assistant Nursing: Involves working in an administrative capacity to support the clinical operations of the Berman School of Nursing and Health Professions and the work of the Director of Clinical Practice and the Coordinator, Clinical Contracts and Compliance.

Student Support Positions

  • Graduate Assistant: Works as a member of a team to advance and support the operations of the assigned department.
  • Student Assistant - CSS: Works in the Center for Student Success to provide customer service to students, faculty and staff who wish to utilize CSS resources. Also, the Student Assistant will provide administrative support to the CSS Team, and other professional staff.
  • Student Assistant - Academic Affairs: Provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs, and other professional staff within the Provost’s Office.
  • Student Assistant - Clinical Psychology: Will provide administrative support to the Program Director, Director of Clinical Training, and core faculty in the Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) program.
  • Summer Student Assistant - Student Accounts: Assists in phone calls for the Student Accounts call center and front desk reception in the Student Accounts & Financial Aid Offices. Assist students and parents with understanding their account.
  • Student Assistant: Works as a member of a team to support the operations of the library.
  • Student Assistant for Stevenson University’s Exhibitions Program: Will work directly with the Exhibitions Director & Gallery Curator to develop and promote exhibitions and associated events. The Assistant will assist with the planning, design, production, and installation of innovative exhibitions and cultural programs.
  • Student - Tutor-Writing: Position works in the Writing Center to provide academic writing support to their Stevenson University undergraduate peers.
  • Student Tutor - Link: Position works in the Academic Link to provide academic support to their SU undergraduate peers. Primary responsibilities include meeting with students in one-on-one or small group settings, facilitating drop-in group study sessions as needed, and assisting with study strategies workshops when requested.
  • Student Tech - Link: Works in the Academic Link to provide academic support to their SU undergraduate peers.
  • Student Tech-Psychology: Will provide research and teaching, and administrative support to a full-time faculty member within the Psychology Department. The Tech will primarily support the faculty member in the areas of scholarship (research, grant writing, professional presentations) and service (committee work, service to professional organizations, continuing education opportunities).
  • Student Tech - Psychology: Will provide support and assistance to the Psychology Department and/or individual faculty members in the areas of research, scholarship or promotion of the department.
  • Work Study Student Coordinator, CES: A Work Study position. The Work Study Student Coordinator will plan, organize, and implement initiatives for the Center for Environmental Stewardship (CES), including outreach and service programs, environmental advocacy on-campus, and educational programming. The Work Study Student Coordinator will serve as a resource for students on campus.
  • Center for Diversity & Inclusion Student Ambassadors (CDISAs): CDISAs will help students overcome their assumptions about others and the world, enabling them to gain a deeper understanding of the diversity in their communities.

Athletics Positions

  • Assistant Coach, Men’s Basketball: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of coaching a highly competitive NCAA Men’s Basketball team.
  • Assistant Coach, Women’s Volleyball: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of coaching a highly competitive NCAA Women’s Volleyball team.
  • Assistant Coach, Men’s Football: Responsible for assisting in all aspects of coaching a highly competitive NCAA Football team.

Other Positions

  • Student Assistant: Reporting to the Studio Manager of the School of Design, Arts, and Communication (SODAC), the Student Assistant works collaboratively with a diverse team of student workers to develop a welcoming and supportive community within the SODAC.
  • Student(s) assisting the marching band: The student(s) will assist the marching band by loading and unloading equipment during class time and performances.
