SoulCycle Student-Specific Discounts and Programs
Student Ambassador Program
In the past, SoulCycle has sought students to become the face of SoulCycle on their campus. Ambassadors were responsible for distributing 2,000 discount cards within Greek life organizations and clubs on-campus and posting throughout the semester to engage their audience, highlighting various themes and special events unique to their school. The vision for distributing discount cards was not to just hand them out to random people on a sidewalk/crowded building or laying them down somewhere on campus but to hand them out during “active engagements” like individual conversations, chapter meeting announcements, club meetings, etc.
Ambassadors had to be currently enrolled, full-time college students capable of promoting SoulCycle in-person on their college campus during the semester, passionate about health & fitness, social media content creation/promotion, and being a trend-setter for new products or services among their peers. Existing SoulCycle riders were preferred, but this was not a requirement. If selected, Ambassadors had to make their Instagram profile public and set to 'creator' for the duration of the program and have an interest in marketing, branding, and entrepreneurship. This was a paid, part-time 1099 Independent Contractor role. Applicants had to be eligible to work in the US with a valid SSN and strive to exceed the expectations set and make it their mission to significantly grow the riding community at their local SoulCycle studio.
Group and Private Rides
Get your crew together for a student discounted group ride or private ride event. With advanced group booking, you can reserve 2-25 bikes ahead of schedule, allowing your group to sit together and enjoy the class together. All advanced group bookings come with shoe rentals. For a more exclusive experience, consider a private ride.

Introductory Offers for New Riders
New SoulCycle riders may be eligible for special introductory pricing, such as riding once a day for 2 weeks with a special introductory price or two weeks of unlimited riding for a special price. These offers are often available to new riders only, with access to all in-studio SoulCycle classes, limited to one ride/class per day per new rider.
General Terms and Conditions
SoulCycle offers different series of classes so that their customers can select the options that best suit their individual needs. Before you buy a class or series of classes, it is important to take a minute and read the written descriptions provided about what the class or series includes, its expiration date, and any limitations on where you may use your class. For your convenience and flexibility, riders can buy classes that are offered by geographical area. They're not transferable to NYC or the Hamptons.
Class Reservations
In order to make a reservation, you must first buy a single class or a series of classes. Riders may book up to five (5) bikes per account in a 45-minute SoulCycle class, and up to three (3) bikes per account in a 60-minute SoulSurvivor class. Reach out to any SOUL studio to ask about advanced group booking options. SOUL reserves the right to hold up to ten (10) bikes and/or spots in each class.
You can reserve classes online up to 1 week in advance (Monday at noon through the following Monday unless you participate in the Soul Early feature), but not later than 1 hour prior to class time. Your credit/debit card will be charged for your order when you buy your class or series of classes, not when you book your bike. SOUL will not process charges that use an incorrect, expired, or over-the-limit credit card. We will try to contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated. You shall be responsible and liable for any fees, including attorneys' fees and collection costs, that SOUL may incur in its efforts to collect any unpaid balances from you.
Consumers' Right to Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase of SOUL classes. Your right to do so may vary depending on the applicable laws of each state in which SOUL operates studios. As a result, please review the relevant state-specific terms and conditions. In general, you may cancel your purchase of one class or a class series at any time before midnight of the fifth business day after the date of your purchase, excluding Sundays and holidays. You may cancel your purchase of a SuperSoul series within 45 days after your purchase. Riders and community members shall have the option to receive the refund either to the original method of payment or SOUL store credit.
Cancellation Policy for Reservations
In order to cancel a reservation in a SOUL class and return it to your account, you must unreserve by 5 PM the night prior to the class. Once your reservation is cancelled, the class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date; the class is not refunded. If you haven't cancelled by 5 PM the night before, your scheduled class will be charged to your series.
