SharkNinja offers both co-op and internship programs, each with unique characteristics. Co-ops are full-time, immersive experiences lasting 22-26 weeks, typically January-June or July-December. Internships are shorter-term (about 11-13 weeks) and built for impact. Celebrating the Early Talent Community

SharkNinja values its early talent community and fosters a sense of connection and appreciation. About 40 of our interns and co-ops came together for a summer night to remember-exploring the iconic Gillette Lighthouse, sharing dinner at Patriot Place, and taking in stadium views before cheering on the match. We celebrated our incredible interns and co-ops with a summer afternoon full of connection and appreciation-slushies made with the Ninja® SLUSHi, cupcakes, ice cream sundaes, and a few rounds of cornhole. For those outside HQ, we sent special gifts across North America to make sure every member of our early talent community felt the love. Activities and events are organized to celebrate and connect interns and co-ops, both at the headquarters and across North America. These initiatives promote camaraderie and ensure that every member of the early talent community feels valued.
