If circumstances occur that result in a family’s inability to attend SFC after committing, signing the contract, and paying the fee and deposit, it's crucial to notify the Admissions Director as soon as possible. The fee and deposit are non-refundable. Depending on the timeline outlined in the contract and the date the school’s Registrar receives written notification of intent to withdraw, the amount due to the school varies:
- August 15-November 15: 100% of the balance owed on first-semester tuition
- After November 15: 100% of all remaining tuition owed (both semesters).
If the school requests the student to withdraw or expel a student for any reason, then you are obligated to pay pro-rata tuition due up to the date of withdrawal or expulsions from SFC as well as any outstanding fees due through that date.
