Save the date for Alumni Weekend 2026, scheduled for March 26-29. Rollins eagerly anticipates welcoming alumni back to campus for another memorable reunion.

Reunion Classes

Alumni Weekend typically features reunions for various classes, allowing alumni to celebrate milestone anniversaries together. Reunion Classes of 2025 included: 1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020, 2024.

Affinity Reunions

In addition to class reunions, Alumni Weekend often includes affinity reunions, bringing together alumni who shared a common interest or affiliation during their time at Rollins. The Affinity Reunions of 2025 included Baseball, Women's Soccer, Delta Zeta, Hume House Child Development & Student Research Center, Order of the Fox (Class of 1975 & Prior).

Rekindling Rollins Traditions Nationwide through City Clubs

Rollins traditions are rekindled in communities nationwide through alumni-led City Clubs. These clubs offer a way for alumni to connect with each other, network, and share their Rollins pride, no matter where they live.

Hosting Your Own Alumni Gathering: Rollins In A Box

Rollins encourages alumni to host their own gatherings, providing the resources and support needed to create memorable events. Rollins alumni always have a great time when they’re together. Alumni can host their own Rollins event and connect with Tars anytime, anywhere. Now YOU can make that happen anytime! Alumni can hold their own alumni gathering to reconnect with classmates in your area, network with other Rollins professionals, or host a mixer to connect with local alumni you haven’t yet met.

How to Host: Requesting a Rollins In A Box

To facilitate these gatherings, Rollins offers "Rollins In A Box," a package containing branded items and resources to enhance the event. To receive your own Rollins In A Box for your alumni gathering, fill out the request form. You'll receive a response within 48 hours of submission. If possible, please submit your form 4 weeks prior to the date of your event.

Contents of the Box

The exact contents of the Box change based on availability. Here are some examples of what may be included: Rollins branded cups, Decorative Rollins pennant, Guest giveaway items such as keychains, pens, stickers, etc., Host(s) gift, Nametags, Current publications, magazines, or informational flyers.

Rollins In A Box is a way for your Office of Alumni Engagement to support you in hosting fun, social gatherings for networking with new friends or reconnecting with your former classmates.

Responsibilities of the Host

Rollins In A Box comes with the following responsibilities for the host: To communicate regularly with the Office of Alumni Engagement, Determine event information in advance (such as date, time, location, etc.) and handle any venue scheduling, Identify audience to invite to event, Organize any menu and arrangements for the day of the event, Provide hand-outs or favors that were provided by the Office of Alumni Engagement, Communicate with guests the importance of staying engaged with Rollins in volunteerism, giving financially, and/or hosting their own events, Follow up with the Office of Alumni Engagement post-event with wrap-up, feedback, and provide photos/videos that we may share in public communications.

You should have a target guest audience in mind when planning your event (i.e. known classmates, professional network, specific affinity or grad years, etc). However, the Office of Alumni Engagement can assist with identifying alumni in the area to invite.

Support from the Office of Alumni Engagement

The Office of Alumni Engagement offers various forms of support to alumni hosting events: The Office of Alumni Engagement can also help you find alumni in your area, The Office of Alumni Engagement will create an event registration page for you to share in your invitations and keep track of registered guests. We will record RSVP's and communicate updates with you on a regular basis, Provide post-event funding support for specific events. Contact our office to determine if your event meets the criteria for post-event funding.

Promoting Your Event

Post your event on your own social media channels to spread the word with your alumni network. Share your Rollins pride. We’ll send you the Rollins In A Box containing branded Rollins cups and swag to share with your guests. We’ll also include our latest magazines or brochures so your guests can see what’s new on campus and a special host gift just for you. We encourage you to share event photos with us so that we can encourage other alumni to host their own event, too!
