Students do not have accounts created until they’ve either attended a Student Orientation and Registration (SOAR) session or registered for a credit course.

To retrieve your username and default password:

Click on the I.T. option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to retrieve your username and default password.

Note: This tool will ALWAYS return the same default password. New student’s ID numbers are available on the acceptance letters that are sent by Admissions Office. Click Demographic Data (bottom left).

Two-Factor Authentication

For enhanced security, MassBay requires two-factor authentication for OneLogin. This authentication is required each time you log in to a new device or browser. If you want to change the authentication factor, click on "Change the Authentication Factor."
