Your Odessa College Wrangler Portal is your central hub for accessing various college systems, all protected by a single password. To log in, you will use "OCoc" plus the last four digits of your OC ID number. If you don’t have a social security number, you will use "OCoc" plus the last four digits of your OC ID number. Within the portal, you can readily access resources like the Student Planner, which allows you to plan your degree, register for classes, and check your grades. Beginning March 17th, 2025, all students and employees will be required to set up multifactor authentication on their Odessa College accounts.

Official Transcripts: What You Need to Know
The Official Transcript is an official copy of the student's permanent record. Odessa College provides students with access to their transcripts. Students may obtain copies of their transcripts. However, certain conditions must be met before a transcript will be released. For instance, all financial obligations to the college have been satisfied.

Students with prior coursework from other institutions may request an evaluation of transfer credit. Students may review the OC Transfer Evaluation Service to see courses that have already been approved for transfer.
International Transcript Evaluation
If you have coursework from international institutions, an evaluation is required. Since direct international transcript evaluation at Odessa College is not available, you will need to use an approved organization. If the evaluation is done by a private company, they must be an approved organization. Odessa College recommends using one of their recommended international transcript evaluation service, which might offer a rate discount.
Academic Privacy and FERPA Rights
