Commitment to Health Equity

A year-long assessment of race- and income-based health disparities across its communities has led to the formation of a Health Equity Impact Team and the establishment of a community investment fund. These initiatives aim to mobilize the right people and organizations to improve health equity for residents of underserved communities and support local economic growth.
Addressing Social Determinants of Health
Endeavor Health is intentionally addressing the social determinants of health, such as food insecurity and homelessness. By developing a more diverse workforce pipeline and becoming entrenched in communities, the health system aims to make quality care accessible to all.
Leveraging Community Partnerships
Investment in community partnerships through the community investment fund will play a vital role in achieving health equity. These partnerships will enable Endeavor Health to work collaboratively with local organizations to address the unique needs of underserved communities.
