The Archives Associate position is a full-time position from June to May for recent graduates of a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the library sciences, archives, history, sports journalism or sports marketing. The Archives Associate will assist the Sr. Manager of Digital Assets & Archives with processing and cataloging media content and artifacts located within the Vikings Museum & Archival Collection. This position will allow the associate a unique opportunity to explore archival processing with digital assets, publications, works on paper, and three-dimensional collections of the Minnesota Vikings.
Communications Associate

Football Video Associate
The Minnesota Vikings are seeking a Football Video Associate to assist in all aspects of the football video department. This will include camera operation during practices & games, video editing, and setting up Audio/Visual equipment. You will help in providing the coaches and players with video for analysis and scouting; This position will be required to work most weekends and may include travel with the team. The hours will range from 30-55 hours per week depending on the time of season.

This position will serve as the primary day-of contact for Vikings entertainment groups, operations partners, and production vendors, coordinating event day logistics to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and a world-class entertainment product for our fans.
Graphic Design Associate
The Graphic Design Associate will be an integral part of True North Vikings Creative, the Minnesota Vikings in-house creative team, whose primary goal is to communicate the Vikings brand vision through all mediums. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with conceptual, creative design and production of materials requested by departments across the entire Vikings organization. Requests consist of but are not limited to digital and print collateral, environmental designs for the Vikings’ various facilities, social media designs, logo/brand design and creative brainstorms. The Associate will be expected to work both home and away games to assist in creation of social media content.

The Guest Experience Associate will help support a program that fosters the ultimate fan experience for all Vikings guests.
Premium Experience Associate
The Premium Experience Associate will support the Premium Experience and Operations team with initiatives geared toward Premium Seating client service, appreciation and retention.
Social Impact Associate
The Social Impact Associate is a critical position to aid the team’s connection and support to the surrounding community. Duties will focus on the support of community relations, youth & high school football, Vikings Legends, the Minnesota Vikings Foundation, and the Vikings Home Team (player and coach family programming). The primary function of the role will be to oversee all internal and external requests for support received by the Vikings organization. This will include all non-profit inquiries for autographed merchandise, sponsorships, cash donations, and other forms of requests. The position will be responsible for tracking all communications and contributions to provide regular giving reports.
Social Marketing & Media Associate
The Social Media & Marketing Associate will take a hands-on community management approach to Vikings social media channels, including creation and promotion of content, and a variety of business initiatives. They will assist with real-time content creation at Vikings games and events. This person will also contribute to the external paid social strategy, effectively communicating best practices and results with relevant stakeholders.
Ticket Sales + Services Associate
This position will be a key member of the Revenue Team responsible for the sales of single game tickets, Stadium Builder’s Licenses & season tickets, servicing of season ticket members and providing support to the premium and corporate partnership sales teams. This role will work primarily with the Ticket Sales, Service & Operations Team throughout the year. Additionally, this Associate will have the opportunity to shadow Premium Sales and Corporate Partnership Sales team members. Approximately halfway through the year, this role will be paired up with one senior level Revenue team member to shadow for the remainder of the program with the intention of both strengthening their knowledge of that area of the department and becoming an integral part of that team. This role will primarily report to the Vice President, Premium Sales, and will work closely with both the Director, Ticket Sales & Service and Manager, Season Ticket Member Services for day-to-day assignments and training programs.
