Advice from Former Interns

A piece of advice for future associates/interns is to be prepared to make an effort to develop relationships with other associates and to be willing to accept a challenge along the way. Be curious and ask questions. Be open to learning new things. Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and ask questions!

The Mars Co-op Experience

A Co-op is a 6-month position that combines diverse experiences and continuous learning for students, with an investment in you that’s personalized. Your team will guide you through our learn-on-the-job environment as you develop the ability to apply new skills to future challenges.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Mars Internship and Co-op Experience, you’ll need to be an undergraduate who currently has one more year of schooling to complete. You’ll need to complete 1-2 semesters of courses following your internship or co-op program. Unfortunately, you’ll not be eligible if you are a senior who has graduated prior to the beginning of the internship/co-op. Students who hold an H-1B visa or use Optional Practical Training will also not be eligible.
