Key Responsibilities
Interns can expect to be involved in a variety of tasks that contribute to the firm's overall mission. These responsibilities may include:
- Practice enablement such as knowledge management, case study standardization, toolkit development support, etc.
- Desktop research in support of client needs; project management tasks; drafting simple client deliverables.
- Assisting in building a proprietary database to be deployed in business development support.
- Delivering a combination of client work and research support, which may include one of the following areas: Pay Equity and Benefits engagement support, Healthcare Total Rewards database updates and reporting support, and CEO Succession Mapping data support and outreach prioritization.
Qualifications and Skills

- Pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in one of the following majors.
- A track record of successfully managing strong academics with extracurricular activities.
