The Jeffco student portal, accessible via mobile apps (Campus Parent & Campus Student) and a desktop web portal, provides parents and students with 24/7 access to important information. This anytime, anywhere access ensures everyone stays informed and engaged in the educational process. Through the portal, users can monitor and participate in their educational process.

- Increased efficiency: A two-person team has successfully resolved 186,799 tickets in the last two years with an average resolution time of 3 days.

Jeffco Help: A Branded Support Portal
Jeffco has branded its Freshservice support portal for teachers and staff as "Jeffco Help." This portal addresses concerns such as providing devices for classrooms, grading, payroll issues, transportation, bus route information, and field trips. For parents and students, the portal provides information on enrollment, field trips, school choices, transportation, and assessment information.

Future Enhancements: Chatbots and Asset Management
Jeffco is exploring the use of chatbots to automate responses to repetitive questions, such as sign-in credential queries. This will free up agents to focus on providing personalized support to students and parents. Jeffco also plans to implement dynamic relationships between assets and users using asset management.

As a parent of two boys in Jeffco Public Schools, Alyse Howcroft, service delivery analyst at Jeffco Public Schools, understands the importance of accessible support.
